Tsukasa was in one of the public springs, there weren't too many people here though if Tsukasa had of wished he could have paid for a private. But the purpose of him being here, was for more then cleaning, it was for training he had been working alot with water alately and was hoping to develop a technique, the basics of which he had been taught by his Sensai. He had been practicing the tecnique all morning and had been getting better and better with each passing moment, needing to use less and less water to maintain the Jutsu. The Jutsu in question was Mizu No Muchi also known as the water whip.

It had been an hr since Tsukasa had been practicing the water whip technique, in that short time it had become second nature it would come in handy in battle for attacking from long range. Tsukasa was feeling bored and wanted to explore konoha a little, there were several places to go, perhaps he would seek a chuunin for training or perhaps not, but he wanted someone with experience someone who could teach him new techniques, his thoughts turned to the genins who had become chuunins recently. Perhaps they would sympathise with his cause, or perhaps not, he kept his emotions hidden very well no one knew about the several goals he had, which he hadn't suppressed and with that thought he left the hot springs for in favour of exploring the village.
